Amber + Kelly | Frontier Village, Ellensburg, WA | Gatsby Theme Wedding

Wow, such a fun wedding! We did all the "formal" portraits at the Olmstead Park in Ellensburg and it's such a beautiful place! We loved the horses in the background, they were so friendly. The staff at Olmstead also let us go into the historic farm house and take some photos. Amber and Kelly chose to have a dapper 1920s Great Gatsby theme to their wedding. The decorations and table pieces were beautiful... lots of feathers!

Unfortunately we weren't able to spend a whole lot of time outside because shortly after dinner started there was a crazy downpour so we moved inside for speeches and cake cutting. Amber and Kelly had such a great attitude about the weather and chose to just go with it so they did their first dance outside in the rain. Talk about romantic! Amber said it reminded her of the movie of Sweet Home Alabama.

To finish the night off we played with sparklers and did a staged exit. They ran back and fourth through the sparklers and we were able to get some great photos!
